In attendance were Commissioner Henry W. Mapp, International Secretary; Commissioner Adam Gifford, The Western Territorial Leader; Colonel and Mrs. Wm. S. Barker, The Chief Secretary and The Territorial Headquarters Staff; The Training College Staff; The Social Service Staff; The Divisional Commanders and their Staff.
The Principal was Colonel and Mrs. George H. Davis.
Also in attendance was Lt. Commissioner G. Yamauro, Japan and Lt. Col. Yesu Dasen, India.
The Commissioning event was held at the Scottish Rite Auditorium, San Francisco, CA.
There were thirty-nine (39) girl cadets, thirty-one (31) boy cadets, and eight (8) married cadets in this class.
