A 32 page book of "Old Time Revival Songs" which was compiled in honor of Colonel Addie. These were considered to be the Colonel's original songs. Colonel Addie was the first man to plant the Army Flag on Canadian soil, and his name is beloved by Salvationists from the Canadian border to the Gulf. A dedication in the booklet to Colonel Addie was made by Commissioner W. A. McIntyre. The songbook was published by The Salvation Army (Inc.), Publishers, Chicago, Ill. The book was donated to the museum as a compliment from the Chicago Editorial Department. |
