NOT FOR PUBLICATION", and which contains 3 items: 1) A letter from Mrs. Bramwell Booth (Florence Booth) dated July 16th, 1929 2) A statement from Mrs Bramwell Booth dated June 1929 and 3) A reprint of Commissioner Catharine Booth's speech to the High Council in February 1929. It also contains two addenda at the end: 1) A reaction dated September 9th, 1929 to a broadcast letter to officers from E. J. Higgins sent August 23rd, 1929.
