A copy of a letter from Col. Albert Scott, Chief Secretary, The Salvation Army, Territorial Headquarters, New York, NY to Col. G. Ernest Murray, National Headquarters. Re; Historical Writing Awards Col. Scott noted that in the last meeting they were remiss in specifying details concerning the judging of the Historical Writing Awards. It was suggested that each territory designate one judge and that there be one judge from the National Headquarters staff. Copies of this letter went to Officers Andrew S. Miller, John W. Paton and James Osborne. |
