A foldout of the Farewell Service Program dedicated to the Chief Secretary and Mrs Colonel Will Pratt. The service was held at the Los Angeles Congress Hall Corps with Commissioner Lawrence Smith presiding. The inside of the program listed all the attendees and the performers. The backside had pictures of the career of the Chief Secretary and Mrs. Colonel Will Pratt. The opening Prayer was read by Major Ronald G. Irwin; Scripture was read by Mrs. Commisioner Lawrence Smith, and the music was performed by the Hollywood Tabernacle Band lead by Bandmaster Bill Gordon. Benediction was by Major Helen Nightingale |
